The courtesy car was the best idea ever. Your shop is far from me so it makes it convenient to come to you for service, since I can't be dropped off and go home or work. The courtesy car allows me to go out and visit clients or shop and not waste time sitting in the waiting room for a couple hours, waiting on my car to get done. To be quite honest if it wasn't for that I wouldn't make the trek down there although your service was excellent in every other respect. "
